Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and FindImagePrompt. They cover what we provide, what you can do with the results, how paid plans and refunds work, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Agreement to these terms

FindImagePrompt ("FindImagePrompt", "we", "us") operates the website at findimageprompt.com and the tools on it (together, the "Service"). By visiting the site, running a tool or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this agreement by reference.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that organisation. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 13 years old to use FindImagePrompt, and at least 16 in countries where 16 is the minimum age to consent to online services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under the sanctions or export control laws that apply to you, or if we have previously terminated your account.

What the service does

FindImagePrompt turns references and ideas into prompts you can use with image-generation models. It currently offers these tools:

  • Image to Prompt — analyses a reference image and writes a reusable image-generation prompt from it.
  • Text to Prompt — expands a short idea into a fuller prompt, optionally tuned for a specific model.
  • AI Image Describer — describes an image in depth, or answers a question about what it shows.
  • AI Image Generator — generates an image from your prompt so you can test a direction immediately.
  • AI Photo Prompts — creates a new photo from your own photo, optional reference images and a visual direction.

Image to Prompt, Text to Prompt and AI Image Describer run on Google's Gemini models. Free-plan image generation uses Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite Image (Nano Banana 2 Lite). Paid plans may select additional image models supplied through OpenRouter; the selected model and its credit price are shown in the generator. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Google or OpenRouter. If we change the underlying model, this page is updated to match.

Output is generated automatically and is not reviewed by a person before you see it. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic or unsuitable for your purpose, and the same input will not always produce the same result. Always review a result before relying on it or publishing it.

Accounts and security

Some features are available without signing in, within a small daily allowance. To keep a credit balance, use a paid plan or see your usage history, you need an account, which you create with Google Sign-In.

  • Provide accurate information and keep the email address on your account current, since we use it for billing and service notices.
  • Keep control of the Google account you sign in with. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
  • One person, one account. Do not create multiple accounts to obtain extra free credits, and do not share, sell or transfer your account.
  • Tell us promptly at support@findimageprompt.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Credits, plans and the free tier

Usage is metered in credits. A prompt, description or analysis costs one credit; generating an image costs ten, because it costs us roughly ten times as much to produce. Current plan prices and credit allowances are shown on our pricing page at findimageprompt.com/pricing.

  • Free plan. A recurring weekly allowance of credits, plus a one-off bonus when you first sign in. Free-plan images carry a watermark and are for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Paid plans. Starter and Pro grant a monthly allowance of credits with no watermark and a commercial licence for the results, as described on the pricing page.
  • Refills. Credits are granted per period and do not accumulate indefinitely; each refill replaces the allowance for that period rather than adding to an unlimited balance.
  • Failures. If a generation fails on our side, the credits reserved for it are returned to your balance automatically. If you believe a charge was wrong, send us the request identifier shown with the error and we will correct it.
  • Fair use. Credits are for your own creative work. Automated bulk consumption, reselling access, or reselling output as a competing prompt service is not permitted.

Credits have no cash value, are not property, cannot be exchanged for money except as set out in our refund policy, and expire when your account closes.

Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are sold as subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance, in US dollars.

  • Payment processing. Payments are handled by Waffo, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction. Your card details are given to Waffo and are never stored by us. Waffo's terms apply to the payment itself in addition to these terms.
  • Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. Each renewal grants that period's credits.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan and its remaining credits stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Price changes. We may change prices. Any change takes effect at your next renewal, and we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email so that you can cancel first if you prefer.
  • Taxes. Prices are exclusive of VAT, GST and sales tax unless stated otherwise. Where tax applies, it is calculated and collected by the merchant of record at checkout.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until payment succeeds. Your account reverts to the free plan if payment is not completed.

Refund policy

In more detail:

  • The 14-day window. Refund requests must reach us within 14 days of the payment you want refunded, whether that is your first payment or a renewal.
  • The usage condition. A full refund applies where less than 20% of the credits granted for that billing period have been spent. Beyond that, the plan has largely been consumed, so we will consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis rather than refuse outright.
  • What happens next. Approved refunds are returned through Waffo to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. The subscription is cancelled and any remaining credits from that period are removed.
  • Service failures. If the Service was unavailable or materially broken for a significant part of your billing period, tell us — we will refund or extend the period regardless of usage.
  • Suspended accounts. If we suspend or terminate an account for breaching the acceptable use policy, we contact the account holder about refunding the unused part of the current billing period — see Enforcement. We do not refund the part already consumed, and we do not refund requests that appear to be repeated subscribe-use-refund cycles.
  • Statutory rights. Nothing here limits any non-waivable refund or withdrawal right you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.

To request a refund, email support@findimageprompt.com from the address on your account with the word "Refund" in the subject. We aim to respond within two business days. Please contact us before opening a chargeback — almost everything is faster to fix directly.

Your content

"Your content" means the images, text and other material you submit to the Service. You keep ownership of it. We claim no rights in it beyond what we need to run the tool you asked for.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transmit and process your content for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you. That licence lasts only as long as the request; as explained in our Privacy Policy, we do not store your submissions afterwards, and we do not use them to train our own models.

You are responsible for what you submit. By submitting content you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that processing it through the Service does not infringe anyone's copyright, trade mark, privacy, publicity or other rights.

Results and how you may use them

  • Ownership. As between you and us, you own the prompts, descriptions and images the Service returns to you, and we assert no ownership over them.
  • Commercial use. Results produced on a paid plan may be used commercially. Results produced on the free plan are for personal, non-commercial use and are watermarked where they are images.
  • Not exclusive. AI models produce similar output for similar input. Other users may receive results that resemble yours, and we cannot promise that any result is unique or that it is protectable by copyright in your country.
  • Third-party rights. Owning a result is not the same as having the right to use it. You are responsible for checking that your use does not infringe someone else's rights, particularly where your input referenced an existing work, brand or person.
  • Downstream terms. If you take a prompt to another image-generation service, that service's terms govern what it produces.

Acceptable use policy

This section is our Acceptable Use Policy. It exists so the Service stays safe, legal and available, and it applies in full to everyone who uses FindImagePrompt, on a paid plan or not.

1. What this policy covers

It applies to every kind of content that passes through the Service:

  • Prompts and other inputs — the text you type, the questions you ask, and the images you upload or link.
  • Generated text — the prompts and descriptions our tools write for you.
  • Generated images — the images produced by AI Image Generator.

We do not currently generate audio or video, and there is no public gallery or feed — results are shown only to the person who requested them.

2. Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to generate, upload, or process any of the following six categories of content:

  • Pornography and NSFW content. Sexually explicit or pornographic material, and intimate imagery of a real person created or shared without their consent.
  • Violence and gore. Graphic violence, gore, mutilation, or realistic depictions of death or serious injury produced for shock value.
  • Hate speech. Content that harasses, threatens, bullies, degrades, or incites violence or hatred against a person or group, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, sexual orientation or gender identity.
  • Child-unsafe content (CSAM). Sexual content involving a minor, or any material that sexualises a minor in any way.
  • Deepfakes and impersonation. Content that impersonates a real person or organisation in a misleading way, including deepfakes and face-swaps intended to deceive, defraud or defame, and depictions of an identifiable real person in a fabricated situation.
  • Copyright and trademark infringement. Content that infringes copyright, trade marks or other intellectual property, that reproduces protected characters or brands, or that misappropriates someone's likeness.

2.1 Zero tolerance

The following are actioned immediately, result in permanent termination, and are reported to the appropriate authorities where the law requires or permits it:

  • Child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving a minor.
  • Content promoting or facilitating terrorism, violent extremism or mass violence.
  • Content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred.
  • Non-consensual sexual deepfakes targeting a real person.
  • Instructions for weapons capable of mass harm.

2.2 Also prohibited

  • Content promoting self-harm, suicide or eating disorders, and instructions for drugs or other serious wrongdoing.
  • Deceptive material such as fraudulent offers, phishing pages, fake documents, fake reviews, or misinformation about elections, health or public safety.
  • Presenting AI-generated output as human-made where doing so would mislead someone to their detriment.
  • Attempting to defeat our content safety checks, including by obfuscating a prompt, splitting it across requests, or any other jailbreak technique.

3. Prohibited conduct

  • Accessing the Service by automated means, scraping it, or running load tests against it without our written permission.
  • Circumventing credit limits, rate limits, watermarks, anti-abuse checks or any other technical restriction, including by creating multiple accounts or using proxy or data-centre networks to disguise usage.
  • Reselling, sublicensing or white-labelling the Service, or using it to build or train a competing product.
  • Probing, damaging or interfering with the Service or its infrastructure, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data.
  • Using the Service in breach of any law, regulation or sanctions programme that applies to you.

4. How we moderate content

Moderation is automated and runs on every request. We are a small team and do not operate a 24/7 human review desk, so we describe below exactly what happens rather than imply more.

  • Input screening, before generation. Every prompt, idea and custom question is checked against our own continually-updated list of prohibited terms and patterns. We may additionally use Waffo Prompt Sift, a third-party content safety service. A prompt that fails an available check is refused and never reaches an AI model.
  • Output screening, before display. Generated text is re-checked against the same prohibited-terms list. Every generated image is additionally classified for safety by a vision model before it is shown to you; an image that fails is discarded, never displayed, and your credits are refunded.
  • Service fallback. If Waffo Prompt Sift is disabled or unavailable, our local prohibited-terms and pattern checks remain active. Output screening continues independently.
  • Human review. Reports from users, and accounts that repeatedly trigger the automated checks, are reviewed by a person. That review is what leads to the enforcement actions below.
  • Logs. We keep a record of moderation decisions, including which check refused a request and why, and we use it to tune the checks and to investigate reports.

Automated screening is not perfect. It occasionally refuses something harmless, and it is never a substitute for your own responsibility to follow this policy. If you believe a prompt or image was refused in error, write to us at support@findimageprompt.com with the request ID shown in the error message and we will look at it.

5. Reporting a violation

If you come across content or behaviour that breaks this policy — including a result the Service produced for you — please tell us. Report anything in the categories above, content that impersonates you or infringes your rights, and anything involving child safety or terrorism, which we treat as the highest priority.

How to report: email support@findimageprompt.com with "Report" in the subject line, or use the contact form and say what you are reporting. Include the request ID if you have one. This is a real, monitored address — the same one that handles support and billing.

How we handle reports. We aim to acknowledge every report within two business days, and to act on reports involving child safety or terrorism as soon as we see them. Your identity as a reporter is kept confidential and is not disclosed to the person you reported. Every report is assessed on its own facts. Deliberately false or malicious reports are recorded and may themselves lead to enforcement action against the reporter.

6. Enforcement

Where we find a breach, we may — proportionate to what happened, and escalating for repeat behaviour — refuse individual requests, issue a warning, remove or withhold generated content, restrict or disable specific features, suspend or permanently terminate the account, and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. Zero-tolerance breaches skip the intermediate steps.

If we suspend or terminate an account that has an active paid plan, we will contact the account holder by email about refunding the unused part of the current billing period. Suspension is not a way for us to keep money for a service you can no longer use. Anyone who believes their account was actioned in error can reply to that email, or write to support@findimageprompt.com, and we will review the decision.

Our intellectual property

The Service itself — the site, its design, text, illustrations, logo, name and underlying software — belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service as it is offered, and nothing more. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Service, or use our name or logo without permission, except that you may of course use the results the Service returns to you as described above.

Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties, including Google for AI processing and sign-in, Cloudflare for hosting and abuse protection, and Waffo for payments and prompt screening. Their availability and their terms affect the Service, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions. Parts of the site are supported by advertising served by third-party networks; we do not endorse advertised products and are not party to your dealings with an advertiser.

Availability and changes

We work to keep FindImagePrompt available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages, abuse mitigation and daily spending limits can all interrupt access. We may add, change, limit or discontinue features, and may impose usage limits, to protect the Service, comply with the law or improve how it works. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will give notice and, if you prefer not to continue, refund the unused part of your current period.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that results will be accurate, original, suitable for your purpose or free of third-party rights, or that defects will be corrected. AI output is not professional advice of any kind. You use the results at your own risk and remain responsible for reviewing them before publication or commercial use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindImagePrompt and anyone working with us will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the Service, even if we were advised that such damages were possible.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions and limits above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, brought by a third party and arising from your content, your use of the Service, your use of the results, or your breach of these terms or of any law or third-party right.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time, cancel a subscription from your account page, and ask us to delete your account by email. We may suspend or terminate access, with notice where practical and immediately where the situation is serious, if you breach these terms, if your use exposes us or other users to legal or security risk, if payment fails, or if we are required to do so by law.

When an account ends, its credits are forfeited and access to paid features stops. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — content ownership, acceptable use consequences, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification and governing law — continue to apply.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute not resolved informally, and each of us consents to personal jurisdiction there.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.

Before filing anything, please email us. We will try in good faith to resolve the matter within 30 days, and in our experience that resolves it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service develops. The effective date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we will give notice on the site, and by email to subscribers, at least 30 days before they take effect, except where a change must take effect sooner for legal or security reasons. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms; if you do not, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the Service.
